We accept BCBS, Midlands Choice, Nebraska Medicaid, Cigna, Tricare, and some Aetna plans. , you can call us, or the customer service number on the back of your current insurance card. (Tell your company you're looking for Outpatient Mental Health benefits and providers)

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
Your intake packet (see our FORMS page, or come about 10 minutes early to fill it out in our waiting room), your insurance card, and a state photo ID.
