We accept BCBS, Midlands Choice, Nebraska Medicaid, United Healthcare, UMR, and some Aetna plans. , you can call us, or the customer service number on the back of your current insurance card. (Tell your health insurance company that you're looking for Outpatient Mental Health benefits and providers)

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
Your intake packet (see our FORMS page, or come about 10 minutes early to fill it out in our waiting room), your insurance card, and a state photo ID.
